Ingredients:1/2 cup water1/2 cup organic cider1 tsp Pumpkin spice1 tsp of Cinnamon1/3 cup Quinoa FlakesAdd all ingredients and heat on stove top for 90 seconds.Top with cashew milk if preferred.Quinoa is a peruvian super grain; oz per oz has more calcium than milk plus has 8 essential amino acids.
