1 Large Orange
1/2 Medium Cucumber
2 stalks of Celery
1 Medium Lime
Put each of these raw veggies and fruits into the juicer with no special preparation other than peeling the skin off the orange and the lime. I like it best to be chilled so I keep everything in the crisper right up to the time I’m ready to juice and then drink it immediately.
This is a recipe that I replicated from a juice on my yoga retreat this December in Maya Tulum. I tried a few different portions and this one is the closest I’ve been able to come to the resort recipe.
I also have been using this Juicer from Costco if you need one.
